IYPF is a global network of young professionals. As a Foundation, we set out to have young professionals supporting each other in order to create a better world for current and future generations.

As we plan for IYPS 2008, there are lots of great and impressive young professionals out there who want and have been chosen to come and be part of the IYPS2008. We are convinced that when they come for this Summit, some for which it will be their first opportunities out of their countries and continents, they will be impacted greatly and this impact will transform into great impact back in their home countries and in their communities

It is really vital that these delegates come and be part of this great and life-changing Summit that is destined to be an eye opener and networking opportunity for them to be able to put their desired change dreams into action especially in the area of Millennium Development Goals.

It will also benefit all the Summit participants and IYPF as a whole if we can get a diversity of delegates attending IYPS08 including representation from developing countries.

Many prospective delegates have done a great job with local fundraising for their visas and flights, but need support for the Summit registration itself. Others have even raised part of the registration fees.

Your support - through a donation and/or running a fundraising event - will be vital in the professional development and capacity building of these amazing young professionals.

In addition to donating yourself, you might like to organise a fundraising event. Your event can happen any time in July and August in the lead up to the Summit. Funds raised will be used to cover Summit costs associated with us waiving fees for delegates. A fundraising event doesn't have to be anything fancy - it could be a morning tea at your work, drinks after work, a gathering for dinner.
