and things to keep in mind when applying.
Application Forms
In order to apply for the Summit, it is essential that you complete and
return one of the provided Application Forms. Use the one most
approprite to your circumstance, and email [email protected] if you have
any questions or difficulties with the documents.
Application Form - Electronic
To be used by:
All applicants to the Summit (who are not Ordinary Members of the
IYPF). This form is designed to be completed electronically

Attach the completed

Application Form - For Printing
To be used by:
All applicants to the Summit (who are not Ordinary Members of the
IYPF). This form is designed to be printed and completed in hard
copy. You will be required to attach several pages of information
to your application.
